In our personal lives as well as on a global scale, we face failures and challenges as a student and one of that is having a low academic performance.Many students today has a lack of interest in studying, because they hate of thinking something that can make them stress such as analyzing a problem in their subjects, another is the peer influence which it includes the taking of illegal drugs like marijuana, cocaine and other illegal drugs which is rampant nowadays.

In addition, the technology of the present generation is highly upgraded from gadgets up to on it’s microsofts are also upgrade and because of this online games were created also which can affect also the academic performance of student, because students prefer to play online games like DOTA and Clash of Clans rather than having an interest in their study and they wasted their time in playing such online games, that is why many students has a low grades due to the pleasure that they are enjoying.

Book: Documented Knowledge(Comparison and Contrast)

By the help of technology, new inventions were created such as the Electronic Book or what they call E-books. However, printed books were still being used today. Electronic books were books have an electronic text. It could be accessed in the internet. It may be stored in cellular phone, tablets, Iphone, desktop, or any electronic gadgets. Readers nowadays, could just compile their non-read stories and accessed it wherever and whenever they are.

 However, printed books are those books having a printed kind of text. It could be accessed in the school libraries such as journals, magazines, pocket books, textbooks, educational books and etc. Readers could inquire the books they desire to read in the libraries compilation.

 That’s the difference between Electronic books and Books. Nevertheless, they also have their similarities. For instance, both books may be a fiction, non-fiction, novels, a work of literary, educational and for personal interest writings.

 As a reader of this generation, both books grab my interest. Both contain stories that could be relate in reality and be use and apply in our daily life. It may awaken our souls and gave us awareness even of simple things that were not given to much important.

We all know that people of the republic condom rape. There were laws being improved including the punishment to those who committed this crime. However, Philippines still have a numerous case of the immoral deeds.Recently, there we this teenager; A 14 year old today, who was being rape by a stranger who she had meet after living home due to misunderstanding between her and her parents.

What this case want us to understand is that the root of everything is in the family. The teenager won’t be a rape victim if only she does not rebelled against home. Family structure is the foundation of the building a good and responsible humankind. Role of the parents to guide their children to the right path of life, and role of a child to obey elders for good.

As parent, if it’s your responsibility to indicate in the mind of your little one. What is wrong and what is right. What to do and what do not. As well as the responsibility to maintain the love, unity, harmony, and close relationship among family members. Through this, it won’t be hard for each of the member to share and help to solve every problems, weather simple or complex one.

Parents presence and guidance is the best foundation to void children from harm and disgrace. If a child is strongly built by a good principle, and morals he/she would grow as a good and responsible mankind on the future away from immorals deeds and won’t be a victim of such.

Change for the Better(Persuasive Text)

“Change is coming” a tagline from Mr. Rodrigo Duterte deuring his campaign. Thousands of people used the said tagline to show their unending support for Mr. Duterte. As Mr. Duterte won the presidency, change has indeed come. New cabinet members, spokesperson and secretaries. In short, the face of our government has change. Today, we can’t stay the street late at night due to curfew. Numerous people who are indulge in illegal drugs have been arrested, some surrendered and worst died. Some was alarmed with the so called “oplan tokhang”. Barangay officials, Mayors, and he known personalities are on the Narcolist of the President. Moreover, the number of crimes in the Philippines has been lessen.

 Our country gathered support from other country in terms of investments and partnership with the Russia and China. Duterte’s Administration also provided budget for Education, Agriculture and others. In addition, he imposed increase salary in Soldiers, Licensed Teachers and other Government employees.

 It so nice to think that we are reaching the what have been called “change is coming”. However, if we want more than this. If we want improvement to our government and make our country better, we must not depend on our leader. As what Mr. Barack Obama said, “change will not come if we want for some other person or some other time”.

 On the other hand, society represents us and as a member of this society. It is our responsibility to make it vanished and well-represented one. Change without execution is just hallucination. Let us make the best for our country and let us make an action to achieve a peaceful society. I suggest, change should start in ourselves and it starts now.

Problems: Difficult to deal with(Definition Text)

Difficulties? Challenge? Problems? Who haven’t have this? Everyone of us grumbles when we talk about problems. Everyone of us have to face the past that will meet many problems as we take our journey in life. As we talk about problems, many questions arouse. Why do we have to deal with it? What can we get from it? But before that, let us first identify what problem is. According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, problem is something that is difficult to deal with, something that is a source of trouble.

 Yes. It is indeed true. Problem is difficult to deal and difficult to overcome. However, let us not worry if we face difficulties in life because that is just a part of our being who really we are. It molds us and shape our personalities. Let us not complain if we meet difficulties, instead we should never give up. Stand up and learn to be assertive.

 Why do we have problems? We have it because we need it, we need for growth and development. So, whatever hardship may come, let us not fret, let us trust ourselves and especially trust in god.
